Yuri can also be hindered by the Scrin's mass extinction plans. CABAL would, however, would surely dominate Yuri if he reaches North America. Yuri however has a strong push at the beginning of the war, since his Psychic dominators are stationed all over the world thanks to Soviet funding before his betrayal, easily crippling the forces of all opposing factions, and causing huge unrest with mind-controlled citizens. It really depends if CABAL takes over the Allied and GDI control of Europe to even face Yuri, considering he's way over on Alcatraz island. As long as Emperor George Takai gets to clip his bonsai tree in the end with Bikini ladies on the beach, his ideals for world domination have pretty low standards lol. I haven't played Generals unfortunately so I cant really speak on the ideals of USE/GLA/China, but I have a general understanding of who they are. Take them into the enemy base (s), deploy them, and reek havoc on the enemy base. Il just for vote for my favorite factions tho, Nod, Allies, and Empire :3 Artillery Tricks If you are playing a Multiplayer Skirmish, build up about 10-20 artillery.

He could only mind-control so much before "brainwave overload!". Yuri would depend based on how much tech he had ready at the time of war, being small and independent. Command & Conquer revolves around the Global Defense Initiative and the Brotherhood of Nod's fight over Tiberium, but the timeline is dense with lore. CABAL probably couldent survive the amount of human onslaught they would have to face to become superior, especially Red Alert factions. C&c 2 Tiberian Sun and Redalert2 also share the same engine so if they would remake one of them it shurly will be possible that both will be redone. Scrin are too mindlessly hooked on Tiberium to consider alliances, they only have one goal. Command and Conquer and C&c red alert had the same engine so it makes sense to combine them. Love the Forgotten, but if an all-out war busted out, I can only see them being recruited into the warring factions, joining with the highest bidder. In terms of Alliances, ive always seen these as pair-ups: USA, Allies & GDI, - GLA, Soviets & Nod - Empire & China.
